The essence of a biblical fast is to deny your physical body the food it craves for a spiritual purpose. Jesus said that some breakthroughs would not happen unless we pray and fast. (Mark 9:29) 

This year, we will fast and pray for one day, each month. We invite you to join us as we pray and fast for more people to come to know Jesus, grow to love Him and live to serve Him! Our next day of prayer and fasting will be March 27th.
